*Your Listing Photos will be delivered the following business day no later than close of business (5pm). Please note our office is closed Saturday, we will still deliver photos taken Friday on Saturday, but will be unavailable via phone and email.

**If you’ve ordered our Premier Listing package it includes Video Tour Links to further promote your listing. You are able to request your Video Tour Links by completing the Video Details Form at the bottom of your Photo Delivery E-Mail. Video Tours are produced and sent within 24-48 business hours after submitting your Video Details Form.

We understand your business may move around the valley. In an effort to offer valley wide service we designate a photographer on different sides of the valley throughout the week. In the event you require service outside of our covered days we charge a trip charge of $35 to cover trip time and gas expenses. Let us know if you have any questions regarding our fees.

Our team will deliver two sets of photos, one set at 1920 x 1080 at 72dpi and a second set at 3840 x 2160 at 300dpi. If a different size is required we would need to be notified prior to the date of service.

We do not. ARMLS has Rules & Regulations against sharing your username & password. We’re an affiliate and maintain compliance with their rules.

Some of our best work takes place on an overcast day, even if there is a light drizzle. We leave it up to the agent if they would like us to photograph or reschedule for our next available appointment time, unless we feel our equipment will be at risk at which point we will reach out to reschedule. In the event we reschedule your appointment due to the weather we do not charge a rescheduling fee.

* Note: It is the agents responsibility to notify us in the event they would like to reschedule due to weather.

Our goal is to deliver a minimum of 20 photos for your listing, 1 image per 100 SF of living space.

Note: 20 Photos is based on a home 2,000 square feet or less. Larger homes will receive more photos.

Do you offer twilight photos?2020-05-30T23:23:30+00:00

Twilight photos are a great way to capture optimal lighting and set your listing apart from your competition. We offer a twilight exterior package, we photograph the interior of the home at the time of arrival typically 1 hour prior to sunset. After we photograph the interior we photograph the exterior of the home approximately 10-15 minutes after sunset. We also include a dusk sky replacement on exterior photos to ensure dramatic skies, we will add flames to the fireplaces and fire pits, as well as replace TV screens throughout the home with themed images from either our golf catalog or desert landscape catalog. We reserve Twilight appointments between 4:30pm – 7pm depending on the time of year.

Do I have to pay in advance?2016-10-02T22:07:16+00:00

No! We will complete all services at the property prior to billing your payment method. At the time we prepare to send your confirmation email containing your listing photos we will bill the payment method on file. After your payment method is successfully billed we will send an email containing your photos for download.

We store your payment information on file for future listings.

Note: You will receive a receipt following the payment. Payment is required before confirmation email containing photos will be sent.
