FOLLOW UP CALL
A member of our team will contact you or your client to schedule between 2-4pm the day before your preferred date of service.
ARRIVAL WINDOW
Our photographer will arrive within a 1 hour arrival window to begin service. Appointments usually last an hour start to finish.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We deliver your photos the following day by 5pm, Friday appointments are delivered the following Monday by 5pm. We’re closed Sat/Sun.
MARKETING LINKS
When your listing is ACTIVE you will be able to request your Marketing Links. Marketing Links are created within 1-2 business days.
PAYMENT BILLED
Within 24 hours of delivering your photos we will bill your payment method on file and send you a receipt for your records.
